Customer success marketing for McAfee. This is a case study I wrote while Program Manager for McAfee’s Web Security Group. It discusses the Roush Racing’s experience with the McAfee SECURE service.
It’s easy to make a case study like this interesting because the graphic options of fast cars and shiny engines make it visually appealing. I researched and wrote the copy, selected the graphics, and handed everything to our graphic designer for layout. As a marketing asset, the finished case study was added to the marketing resources available to McAfee’s global sales force.
